Help Desk Support Services

1st has a strong commitment to ongoing customer satisfaction and as such our largest department is our Support team. Not only can we support you via our Helpdesk by telephone and e-mail, we can also support you online with a Support representative remotely controlling your desktop.

There is a strong mix of expertise from both Financial Services and technical backgrounds to ensure that any queries you may have will be answered quickly and accurately.

The support line is open between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and the team will assist in all aspects of the software.  If a query cannot be answered immediately, it will be referred to an internal expert and a response will be given as soon as possible.  This service should not act as a substitute for training or the documentation provided in the help files.
