Mortgage Sourcing links now include Trigold, Mortgage Brain, The Mortgage Operation and Mortgage 2000. The single data entry approach via Adviser Office allows basic client details to be pre-populated into these systems improving the user experience and shortening the data capture to quotation/illustration process. Work is being undertaken to allow for general insurance quotations and conveyancing instructions also to be fed directly from Adviser Office. Further developments in this area will be ongoing.

The need to evidence the advisory process under the FSA will be more stringent than has to date been the case. It is not only necessary to give compliant advice within a compliant process but also to prove beyond question that this has been done. The workflow and activity features within Adviser Office will assist advisers and their administrators to comply with forthcoming regulatory requirements. The close integration to Microsoft Office products will allow users to standardise and store relevant documentation for future FSA compliance audits.

The business management and reporting features contained within the system will provide users with the means of assessing the quality and profitability of business undertaken and allow for detailed reporting associated with mortgage and mortgage-related advice.
